You may recall that I posted some weeks ago about strawberry bread that I made with butter and mascarpone cheese. I enjoyed it very much.
Here are some strawberry muffins for you. Unfortunately, they aren’t as delicious as strawberry bread. Despite this, eating more than a sliver at a time can lead to weight loss.
It took me a long time to use up a huge container of strawberries. This recipe had popped into my mind a while ago as an excellent use for these berries.
Besides being tasty, these muffins are the healthiest I have made in a while. Although they weren’t as tender as I preferred, they were an excellent low-fat breakfast muffin.
